Creating a File Synchronization Job

The Create Job Wizard walks you through the process of creating a File Synchronization job.  The process consists of the following steps:

Step 1: Job Type and Name

Step 2: Participants

Step 3: Master-Edge Assignment

Step 4: File Metadata

Step 5: Email Alerts

Step 6: DFS Namespace

Step 7: Save Job

Additional configuration options, such as applying file filters and specifying delta level replication, are available when editing a File Synchronization job.
